ABOUT THE MENTAL FITNESS PROGRAM

The foundational mental fitness program runs 7 weeks and consists of pod groups, individual work and app-based learning. You can sign up for yourself or invite friends, family or colleagues to join with you. Fill out the form below and someone will contact you by phone or email to answer your questions about the next enrollment. Enrollment into our mental fitness program is on a rolling basis.
