I have always had a strategic mindset.

Early in my career, I leveraged that strategic mindset, as Vice President for a hospital and worked to develop strategies to build market share and scale operations to meet the healthcare needs of the community. Later, I shared that strategic leadership experience as global marketing director for two global non-profits, and garnered operations experience as senior executive in a regional law firm.

I have been a business owner for nearly three decades and have served my clients as consultant, coach and confidante. My span of work has encompassed creating business-building branding solutions, developing growth strategies and content marketing, to coaching on effective communication and high-stakes conversations, implementing high-performance team collaboration, and executing people strategies that advance business strategies.

However, the accomplishments I achieved and the accolades I received over the years, have paled in comparison to the passion those collective experiences ignited.

Ultimately, all roads led me to focus on my passion to impact organizations and the lives of their employees by equipping them to connect, communicate and collaborate - which is the ultimate expression of being strategic. This new awarenss gave rise to Pam Knox, LLC, a global coaching, and consulting practice helping entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, frontline managers and leaders at every level, define and communicate success for themselves and their teams.

Currently, as a certified leadership development coach and consultant, I leverage my empathy, curiosity, insight, leadership expertise and strategic thinking to enable individuals, executives, entrepreneurs, and entire high-performance teams to connect, communicate and collaborate for greater engagement, alignment, visibility, impact, influence and overall success in business (and life.)
